浙江某萤石矿选矿试验

摘要: 浙江某萤石矿CaF2品位61.71%,SiO2含量27.79%,属石英-萤石型萤石矿。为开发利用该萤石矿资源,对其进行选矿试验。条件试验确定最佳浮选条件为磨矿细度-0.074 mm 70%、调整剂碳酸钠1 000 g/t、抑制剂水玻璃1 000 g/t、捕收剂油酸500 g/t,经过1粗1扫6精、中矿顺序返回闭路浮选试验选别,可获得产率61.62%、CaF2品位97.39%、回收率96.96%的萤石精矿,杂质含量合格,试验结果可为该萤石矿选矿工艺的最终确定提供依据。

Abstract: There is 61.71% CaF2, 27.79% SiO2 in a fluorite ore from Zhejiang, belongs to quartz-fluorite type fluorite ore. To develop and utilize the fluorite ore resources, beneficiation test were conducted on the ore. Optimum flotation conditions determinate by condition test is grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 70%, regulator sodium carbonate 1 000 g/t, depressor sodium silicate 1 000 g/t, collector oleic acid 500 g/t, via one roughing-six cleaning-one scavenging, middles back to the flowsheet in process, fluorite concentrate with yield 61.62%, CaF2 grade 97.39%, recovery 96.96% was obtained, impurity content is qualified. The test results can provide basis for the final determination of the fluorite ore beneficiation process.
