某反浮选捕收剂性能优化试验

摘要: 采用脂肪酸类捕收剂浮选贫铁矿石效果较好,但需加温浮选,成本较高。利用特殊结构的嵌段聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚制成捕收剂KK-2,对某铁品位47.91%的混磁精矿进行反浮选试验。结果表明,捕收剂KK-2可提高脂肪酸的低温分散性,提高石英表面接触角,改善其可浮性,能将浮选矿浆温度由39~42 ℃降至25 ℃,闭路浮选流程从1粗1精3扫简化为1粗1精1扫,精矿铁品位在68.30%左右基本不变,回收率由88.68%提高到91.15%,分选效果理想,同时缩短了工艺流程,降低了选矿成本,改善了选别指标,可供选厂技术改造参考。

Abstract: Poor iron ore treated by fatty acid will have good index, while has problems of high cost from heated flotation. Collector KK-2 was prepared using special structure of block polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene, and reverse flotation test was conducted on the mix magnetic concentrate with 47.91% Fe. Results indicated that, collector KK-2 can improve dispersity of fatty acid at low temperature, increase quartz surface contact angle, improve floatability, decrease the pulp temperature from 39~42 ℃ to 25 ℃, closed-circuit flotation flowsheet was simplified as one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging from one roughing-one cleaning-three scavenging, iron grade of concentrate was also 68.30% around as the original, iron recovery increased from 88.68% to 91.15%, the separation index is well, the process was shorted, cost reduced, separation index improved. The results can provide reference for the plant.
