摘要: 采用L型管道对两种系列的膏体料浆进行了流变性能试验,结果表明,L型管道能够定性地研究膏体输送的流变特性,但也有部分试验结果与普遍认同的观点不符。根据不同配比料浆允许自流输送的最大充填倍线,结合矿山充填管道布置,推荐了满足自流输送要求的充填配比。

Abstract: The rheological properties of two series of paste slurry are researched by L-type pipeline. According to the research results, the rheological properities of paste can be analyzed qualitatively by L-type pipeline, however, some research results are not consistent to the universal point of view. The perfect backfill blending ratio is proposed in line with the maximum stowing gradient that is allowed to gravity transport and the layout of the backfill pipeline in mine.
