尾砂胶结充填配比优化研究

摘要: 根据矿山生产条件,结合充填材料基本参数,确定充填浓度和充填体所需强度,并对充填配比进行了试验研究。结果表明:充填灰砂配比1∶10能够满足矿山生产需要;添加剂501可以改善充填效果,有助于提高生产效率。

关键词: 分级尾砂, 胶结充填体, 配比优化

Abstract: According to the mine production situation and the basic parameters of the filling materials,the concentration and strength of filling materials are determined, furthermore, the tailings backfill ratio is researched. The research results show that,the filling ratio of 1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗10 can meet the demand of the mine production and the quality of filling and the production efficiency can be improved by adding 501 additive.
