运用稳态浓缩模型优选硫精矿沉降絮凝剂

Optimize the Flocculants for the Sulfur Concentrate Pulp by Using Steady Settlement Model

摘要: 以金山店浮选硫精矿为研究对象,针对添加不同种类絮凝剂、不同药剂添加量在不同温度下,对沉降的影响进行了絮凝沉降的试验研究。运用稳态沉降模型,计算不同试验条件下所对应连续浓密机的比浓缩面积Asp,并以此作为评价絮凝剂助沉效果的表征。试验的结果表明,所添加的高分子絮凝剂均可加速硫精矿的沉降,优选出的絮凝剂41216,用量越大,比单位浓缩面积越小,温度为25 ℃时絮凝效果最佳,比浓缩面积最小。

Abstract: The influence of different flocculants on the settlement performance of sulfur concentrate pulp from Jinshandian iron mine was studied, and evaluates the effects of dosage,temperature. Settlement-Area Ratio of concentrated pool was calculated on different test conditions, and considered it as flocculating settlement characterization. The results have shown that all the flocculants can strengthen the settlement of sulfur concentrate, then the satisfied one 41216 was selected from many flocculants and it attained good application effect. With the increasing amount of flocculants, the Settlement-Area Ratio was decreased, and chosen 25 ℃ can do the best.
