摘要: 湘钢为了适应战略发展要求,降低生产成本,烧结用含铁原料中配加了较多的铁品位低、铝硅含量高的低品质铁矿,为采用合理的配矿技术,减少对烧结过程和高炉冶炼过程产生的不利影响,以湘钢烧结现场原料为对象,采用烧结杯试验,重点考查了CaO、MgO、Al2O3、SiO2含量对烧结各指标的影响规律,为湘钢低品质矿的合理配矿提供了技术依据。

关键词: 铁矿烧结, 碱度, 成品率, 转鼓强度

Abstract: In order to adapt to the requirements of Xiang-steel development strategic, reducing production costs, raw material contain iron for sintering was merged with some additional low-quality iron ore with low-grade, high aluminum and silicon content. In order to find a reasonable technology of mine merge, reducing disadvantage causing by sintering process and blast furnace smelting process, CaO, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2 content on various indicators during sintering was studied through sintering test by using on-site sintering raw material from Xiang-steel, which provide technical basis for reasonable mine merge of low-quality iron ore from Xiang-steel.
