摘要: 湘钢为了适应战略发展要求,降低生产成本,烧结用含铁原料中配加了较多的铁品位低、铝硅含量高的低品质铁矿,为采用合理的配矿技术,减少对烧结过程和高炉冶炼过程产生的不利影响,以湘钢烧结现场原料为对象,采用烧结杯试验,重点考查了CaO、MgO、Al2O3、SiO2含量对烧结各指标的影响规律,为湘钢低品质矿的合理配矿提供了技术依据。
关键词: 铁矿烧结, 碱度, 成品率, 转鼓强度
Abstract: In order to adapt to the requirements of Xiang-steel development strategic, reducing production costs, raw material contain iron for sintering was merged with some additional low-quality iron ore with low-grade, high aluminum and silicon content. In order to find a reasonable technology of mine merge, reducing disadvantage causing by sintering process and blast furnace smelting process, CaO, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2 content on various indicators during sintering was studied through sintering test by using on-site sintering raw material from Xiang-steel, which provide technical basis for reasonable mine merge of low-quality iron ore from Xiang-steel.
