巯基乙酸乙酯的合成新工艺及应用研究

摘要: 针对传统合成巯基乙酸乙酯工艺中存在的生产成本高,工艺过程难控制等问题,以异丙基黄药、氯乙酸乙酯、一乙胺为原料,在n(异丙基黄药)〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗n(氯乙酸乙酯)〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗n(一乙胺)=1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗0.98〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗1.10,酯化温度为60 ℃,胺化温度为40 ℃条件下,采用联合法合成了巯基乙酸乙酯。浮选试验结果表明,巯基乙酸乙酯对硫化矿物的捕收性能良好,可以作为选别硫化矿物的捕收剂。

Abstract: Aiming at traditional high production cost, intractable production process, a new technology of synthesis for ethyl thioglycolate was put forward, using ethyl chloride, xanthate, and monoethylamine as raw material. The results showed that: with ethyl chloride, xanthate, monoethylamine dosage of 1〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗0.98〖DK(〗∶〖DK)〗1.10, esterification temperature at 60 ℃, amination temperature at 40 ℃, ethyl thioglycolate was synthesized, which has good performance in collecting sulfide minerals, and can be used as collectors for sulfide minerals flotation.
