摘要: 针对疏浚泥浆中固体颗粒粒度小,粒级分布范围宽的特点,提出了一种新型的多锥段旋流器结构,并采用雷诺应力(RSM)湍流模型,应用Fluent软件对旋流器内部的三维流动进行了数值模拟,得到了压力场和速度场的分布规律。实验测试结果验证了数值模拟结果的正确性,为该类型旋流器进行进一步的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: A new kind of polyconical cyclone was presented in separation of channel dredging slurry in this paper, aiming at its characteristics of particles fine disseminated and distribution in a wide range. Based on Reynolds Stress Model, the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow inside the cyclone was provided by using the software of Fluent, the pressure field and velocity field distribution characteristics was obtained and verified by comparing the simulated results with the experiments, which provided theoretical basis for further optimizing design of this type of polyconical cyclone.
