铜坑矿放矿方式的数值模拟分析

摘要: 针对铜坑矿现放矿过程中存在矿石贫化问题,利用PFC数值模拟软件,分别进行了平面放矿和斜面放矿两种不同放矿方式的数值模拟分析,以矿石回收率和贫化率为检测指标,对所得结果进行比较,分析了两种放矿方式的优劣。研究分析发现,在铜坑矿推行斜面放矿方式是可行的,推荐采用斜面放矿方案。

Abstract: According to the ore-dilution problem existing in ore drawing process of Tongkeng mine, numerical simulation analysis of ore drawing with the flat hopper and ore drawing with the sloping hopper were carried out using Particle Flow Code (PFC). Taking ore recovery rate and dilution rate as the detection index, advantages and disadvantages of these two ore drawing modes were analyzed, and the numerical results were compared. The results indicate that it's feasible to adopt the sloping ore drawing in Tongkeng mine, and ore drawing with the sloping hopper is recommended.
