摘要: 贵州某低品位褐铁矿主要以针铁矿、菱铁矿和少量磁铁矿、黄铁矿形式存在,属于难选铁矿石,常规的磁选、浮选、磁化焙烧—弱磁选均不能获得满意的指标。试验采用氯化还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺流程处理该矿石,获得了铁精矿品位为68.77%,回收率为84.18%的良好指标,为该矿石的开发利用提供了新思路。

Abstract: A certain low-grade limonite in Guizhou mainly exists in goethite, siderite and minor magnetite and pyrite, which belongs to the refractory iron ore. The conventional magnetic separation, flotation, magnetic roasting-low intensity magnetic separation can not reach the satisfactory indicators. A good index with Fe concentrate grade of 68.77% and recovery of 84.18% were obtained by the process of chloride reduction roasting-low intensity magnetic separation, which provides a new idea for the development and utilization of the minerals.
