高压辊磨机在江西某铜选厂的应用研究

摘要: 江西某铜矿随着开采深度的延伸,矿石可碎磨性能下降,直接影响选矿厂的生产能力 和产品指标。为尽量消除这些不利影响,结合选矿厂的实际情况,对矿样进行了高压辊磨试验和球 磨功指数试验,并对比了高压辊磨开路方案和边料返回方案的工艺、设备布置、运行成本等。结果表 明,高压辊磨工艺适用于该选矿厂,边料返回方案与开路方案相比,在减少碎磨系统设备运行台数、 降低碎磨系统运行成本方面具有显著的优越性,是选矿厂进行高压辊磨改造应优先选择的改造方 案。

Abstract: With the extension of mining depth in a copper mine in Jiangxi,the grindability of the ores decrease,which directly affects the production capacity and product index of the concentrator. In order to eliminate these negative effects as much as possible,combined with the actual situation of concentrator,the HPGR test and ball grinding work indexes tests were carried out,and compared HPGR open-circuit scheme with leftover return scheme in terms of process,equipment layout and operation cost. The results showed that the HPGR process is suitable for the concentrator. Compared with open-circuit scheme,leftover return scheme has obvious advantages in reducing the number of system equipment and reducing the operating cost of grinding system,which is the preferred transformation scheme for HPGR in concentrator.
