中关铁矿架线式电机车无人驾驶技术的改造应用

摘要: 中关铁矿通过对井下电机车运输环节铺设交换式以太网络信号,加装信号I/O 基站 信号箱、以太网交换机、定位标签等完成远程信号的闭环接收,同时对电机车本体控制系统加装 PLC 可编辑控制器、S71214C CPU、精确定位装置等,实现电机车与以太网络信号的功能通讯识 别,最终完成了电机车自动化远程操控技术改造。该项目实现了中关铁矿电机车远程自动运输、 远程装矿、远程卸矿的全流程远程操控作业。

Abstract: Zhongguan Iron Mine completes the closed-loop reception of remote signals by laying switched Ethernet network signals in the underground electric locomotive transportation link,installing sig⁃ nal I/O base station signal box,Ethernet switch,positioning label,etc. At the same time,PLC editable controller,S71214 C CPU and precise positioning device are added to the electric locomotive body control system to realize the functional communication and identification of electric locomotive and Ethernet net⁃ work signals. Finally,the technical transformation of automatic remote control of electric locomotive is com⁃ pleted. The project realizes the whole process remote control operation of remote automatic transportation, remote loading and remote unloading of electric locomotive in Zhongguan Iron Mine.
