摘要: 通过有效融合地测采系统、综合配矿的地质预判系统、生产质量管理系统,建立矿山 生产管控系统,做到数据底层融会贯通,计划、质量、计量等信息的全局共享,对矿山生产组织、生 产保障、生产调度、决策起到支撑作用。将工业4.0、智能制造等先进理念和移动互联网、大数据等 新技术引入生产管理和经营过程,进一步推进“两化”深度融合,提高公司核心竞争力,创新管理模 式,为生产提供一体化的协同管理和作业平台。

Abstract: Through the effective integration of the geological survey and mining system,the geological pre-judgment system of the comprehensive ore blending,and the production quality management system,the mine production control system is established to achieve the integration of the underlying data, and the global sharing of information such as planning,quality,and measurement,which plays a support⁃ ing role in mine production organization,production guarantee,production scheduling,and decision-mak⁃ ing. Industry 4.0,intelligent manufacturing and other advanced concepts and mobile Internet,big data and other new technologies into the production management and business process,to further promote the deep integration of information and industrialization,improve the company's core competitiveness,innovative management model for the production of integrated collaborative management and operation platform.
