大水矿山多参数水文智能监测预警系统

摘要: 国内大水矿山水文监测系统在信息采集、监测范围及实时性等方面还存在不足。以 某大水铁矿山为背景,基于GPRS 数据传输及网络传输技术,结合矿山建设实际,提出一套集地表 及井下一体的水文在线监测预警解决方案,包括地表水文钻孔自动遥测预警系统和井下水文在线 监测预警系统;并提出矿井生产过程中结合应用超前钻探与物探技术实现工作面靶向探放水,将 水量较大的探水孔作为长期放水孔加装监测传感设备,实现系统灵活扩展。通过对矿山井上水文 钻孔、井下沟渠流量、排水管道流量、管道压力、井下水仓水位等水文参数的实时动态监测和安全 预警,及时掌握地下水动态并进行安全管控。

Abstract: The hydrological monitoring system of water-rich mines in China still has shortcomings in information collection,monitoring range and real-time performance. Taking a water-rich iron mine as the background,based on GPRS data transmission and network transmission technology,combined with the actual mine construction,a set of hydrological on-line monitoring and early warning solutions integrating surface and underground is proposed. The scheme includes surface hydrological drilling automatic teleme⁃ try early warning system and underground hydrological online monitoring early warning system. It is also proposed that in the process of mine production,the advanced drilling and geophysical prospecting technol⁃ ogy should be combined to realize the water exploration and drainage in the rake direction of the working face,and the water exploration hole with large water volume should be used as a long-term drainage hole to install monitoring and sensing equipment to realize the flexible expansion of the system. Through the re⁃ al-time dynamic monitoring and safety warning of hydrological parameters such as mine hydrological drill⁃ ing,underground channel flow,drainage pipeline flow,pipeline pressure,underground water level,etc., timely grasp of groundwater dynamics and safety control.
