某大型露转井矿山通风系统现状分析与优化

摘要: 某大型露转井矿山通风系统实际风量远低于设计风量,并且崩落法开采塌陷区处漏风量达到90.69 m3/s,占全矿总风量的25.33%。为解决矿井通风系统存在的诸多问题,利用多级机站技术对全矿通风系统进行合理分析和优化,增设西5回风井作为西采区回风路,将2#回风井地表2台风机更换为250 kW风机,在增加西采区回风量的同时加大矿井总风量;并对全矿范围内的塌陷区漏风点进行全面排查,利用通风构筑物封闭0 m水平管缆井、回采巷道和副井石门等多处漏风点,解决塌陷区漏风问题,有效提高矿井有效风量率。通过落实优化措施,矿井总风量提高至513.64 m3/s,矿井漏风率降低至5%以下的合理范围,有效提高了矿井通风能耗的综合利用率。

Abstract: The actual air volume of the ventilation system of a large openpit to underground mine is much lower than the design air volume,and the air leakage volume at the subsidence area of caving mining reaches 90.69 m3/s,accounting for 25.33% of the total air volume of the mine.In order to solve the problems existing in the mine ventilation system,a reasonable analysis and optimization of the mine ventilation system are carried out by using multilevel machine station technology.The West No.5 return air shaft was added as the return air road in the west mining area,and the two fans on the surface of the 2# return air shaft were replaced with 250 kW fans,which increased the total air volume of the mine while increasing the return air volume in the west mining area.A comprehensive investigation of air leakage points in the collapsed area within the entire mine was carried out,and ventilation structures were used to seal multiple air leakage points,such as 0 m horizontal tubing and cable shafts,mining roadways and auxiliary shaft gates,to solve the problem of air leakage in the subsidence area and increase the effective air volume rate of the mine effectively.By implementing optimization measures,the total mine air volume has been increased to 513.64 m3/s,and the mine air leakage rate has been reduced to a reasonable range below 5%,effectively improving the comprehensive utilization rate of mine ventilation energy consumption.
