段村雷沟铝土矿新中段开拓施工方案优化

摘要: 段村雷沟铝土矿新中段开拓工程量大,工程地质和水文地质条件复杂。为加快施工进度,节省工程成本,对基建期开拓巷道施工过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析,结合矿区水文地质条件研究成果,提出生产期将新中段开拓巷道由脉内布置改为脉外布置、引进高密度电法加强超前探水、开拓与采准工程协同推进、选用配套设备实现一次成巷等优化措施,通过实施可有效地减少巷道支护率,加快中段开拓施工进度和保障施工安全,对同类矿山有着重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract: New midstage development project of the Duancun Leigou bauxite is large,and the engineering geology and hydrogeological conditions are complex.In order to speed up the construction progress and to save the project cost,analyze the main problems in the construction process of the development roadway during the infrastructure period,combine the research results of the hydrogeological conditions of the mining area,put forward to change the location of the development roadway in the new midstage development project from the invein arrangement to the outofvein arrangement,to strengthen the advanced waterexploration through the introduction of highdensity electric method,to cooperate with the development engineering and mining,to achieve a roadwaymaking once through the selection of supporting equipment during the production period,the implementation of optimization measures can effectively reduce the roadway support rate,speed up the progress of the new midstage development project and ensure the safety of construction,for similar mines have an important reference significance.
