Abstract: Mine development investment is huge,the return period is long,and the return on investment is affected by many factors such as engineering design and development.In order to evaluate the added value of the time use of funds for a specific process stage of a mining project,the widely used evaluating method is the timeliness of funds method,which is particularly used in comparison with the initial options of mining investment projects.By means of the calculation of cash flow,the net present value parameter method was selected as the comparative index of the pioneering system.This method must be used in a copper mine development plan.This method is used in a copper mine development plan compare programs,and it can efficiently select the optimal development plan.
