赞比亚某铜冶炼渣选铜试验

摘要: 为高效开发利用赞比亚某铜冶炼渣,以赞比亚某铜冶炼渣为研究对象,通过对试样化学成分及工艺矿物学特点的分析,确定采用浮选法回收其中的铜。经过2粗开路流程试验,确定了以黄药粒为捕收剂,T336为起泡剂,硫化钠及水玻璃为调整剂的浮选药剂制度;最终采用1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路浮选流程处理试样,获得了铜品位17.32%、回收率82.78%的铜精矿。试验对该类型铜冶炼渣的选矿处理提供了有益参考,经济效益显著。

Abstract: In order to efficiently develop and utilize a copper smelting slag in Zambia,takes a copper smelting slag in Zambia as the research object,and through the analysis of the sample chemical composition and process mineralogy characteristics,the copper recovery by flotation method is determined.The flotation reagent system was determined by using xanthate as collector,T336 as foaming agent,sodium sulphide and sodium silicate as adjusting agent.In the end,the samples were processed by the closedcircuit flotation process of one roughing,three cleaning two scavenging,middlings was returned in order to obtain the copper concentrate with a copper grade of 17.32% and a recovery rate of 82.78%.The experiment provides a useful reference for the beneficiation and treatment of this type of copper smelting slag,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
