某高镁低品位硫化镍矿石的选矿工艺研究

摘要: 为解决甘肃某低品位、高泥、高镁难选硫化镍矿石分选中的矿泥影响问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用预先浮选脱泥—泥砂分别浮选工艺回收镍,有效地降低了高镁含泥矿物对镍浮选的干扰。研究确定的全闭路流程获得的镍精矿1含镍 295%,镍回收率为462%;镍精矿2含镍585%,镍回收率为7738%;镍总回收率为8200%。该研究成果对高镁低品位硫化镍资源的开发利用具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of sludge in the separation of a lowgrade,highmud and highmagnesium refractory nickel sulfide ore in Gansu province,based on the study of process mineralogy,a preflotation deslimsand flotation process was adopted to recover nickel,which effectively reduced the interference of highmagnesium argillaceous minerals on nickel flotation.The nickel concentrate 1 obtained by the closedcircuit process was containing 2.95% nickel and the nickel recovery was 4.62%.Nickel concentrate 2 contains 5.85% nickel and the recovery of nickel is 77.38%.The total nickel recovery was 82.00%.The research results have reference significance for the development and utilization of high magnesium and low grade nickel sulfide resources.
