广东某复杂铜铅锌矿浮选试验研究

摘要: 广东某复杂铜铅锌矿石中的矿物嵌布粒度较细且相互包裹,导致现场铜、铅、锌浮选分离困难,为解决此问题进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:在选铜时,选用FK1与DS组合抑制铅锌,可有效解决精矿的互含问题;在高碱工艺下,采用先铜后锌的优先浮选工艺,铜铅粗泡再磨后经2次精选,能获得铜品位为2110%、回收率为8088%的铜精矿,铅锌总含量为1023%,达到铜精矿四级品要求;采用1粗2精2扫流程处理选铜尾矿,获得了锌品位为5217%、回收率为9278%的锌精矿。试验所用药剂全部为常规药剂,试验流程结构简单,现场实施比较容易,可作为现场改造的依据。

Abstract: It is difficult to separate copper,lead and zinc minerals from a complex copperleadzinc ore in Guangdong Province because of their fine inlay size and mutual inclusion.In order to solve this problem,the process of flotation zinc separation of copper and lead is adopted.Results indicated that,when selecting copper,FK1 and DS can be used to suppress lead and zinc,which can effectively solve the problem of mutual inclusion of concentrate.Under the condition of high alkali technology,the preferential flotation process of copper first followed by zinc is adopted.The copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.10%,recovery rate of 80.88% and total lead and zinc content of 10.23% can be obtained after coarse copper and lead are ground and cleaning for two times,which meet the requirements of the fourth grade copper concentrate.The zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 52.17% and recovery of 92.78% was obtained by using one roughing two cleaning two scavenging process to treat copper tailings.All the agents used in the test are conventional agents.The test process is simple in structure and easy to be carried out on site,so it can be used as the basis for field reconstruction.
