摘要: 为研究自然风压对北洺河铁矿通风系统的影响,采用理论分析与三维通风网络解算软件模拟的方法,分别计算了该矿冬季与夏季进风井筒与回风井筒之间的自然风压,并对计算结果进行分析与预测。研究结果表明,冬季与夏季北洺河铁矿进风井筒与东风井之间自然风压作用方向相反,冬季自然风压有利于矿井通风,夏季自然风压不利于矿井通风。在夏季通风困难时期,回风主扇运行频率提高至47 Hz,矿井总风量达188 m3/s,能满足矿山安全生产的总风量设计要求,有效提高井下生产效率,对工程实践有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of natural wind pressure on the ventilation system of Beiminghe Iron Mine, the natural wind pressure between the intake and return air shafts in winter and summer is calculated by theoretical analysis and 3D ventilation network solution software simulation,and the calculated results are analyzed and predicted.The results show that the direction of the natural wind pressure between the inlet shaft and the east air shaft in winter and summer is opposite,the natural wind pressure in winter is beneficial to mine ventilation,while the natural wind pressure in summer is not conducive to mine ventilation.During the difficult ventilation period in summer,the operation frequency of the return air main fan is increased to 47 Hz,and the total air volume of the mine is up to 188 m3/s,which can meet the design requirements of the total air volume of the safe production of the mine,effectively improve the underground production efficiency,and have certain guiding significance for the engineering practice.
