上游式湿排尾矿分级分区放矿筑坝工艺试验及应用#br#

摘要: 针对上游式湿排尾矿库入库尾矿粒度偏细、浓度偏高、不易分选的特点,为实现尾矿的安全堆存,采用分级分区放矿,将粗细尾矿分级后,粗颗粒尾矿优先在坝前放矿,细颗粒尾矿在上游库内排放。通过在南京梅山山景尾矿库实施旋流器分级分区放矿筑坝试验,将入库尾矿经FX250型水力旋流器在0.1 MPa压力下进行分级,将沉砂质量浓度稀释至35%以下排放在坝前,取样检测表明,坝前20 m范围内+0.075 mm尾矿占比在90%左右,坝前40 m范围粗颗粒含量明显增加。通过在粗尾矿沉积的坝前区构筑池填法子埂,使粗尾矿集中在坝前最小干滩长度范围内沉积形成安全超高区;将溢流汇集后经管道输送至上游库内排放。试验结果表明,上游式尾矿分级分区排放工艺能够很好地解决细粒高浓度尾矿采用坝前水力冲积放矿存在的防洪不足及坝体稳定性不高的问题。该尾矿堆存工艺在南京梅山山景尾矿库成功应用,既解决了尾矿库前期运行存在的潜在安全隐患,又节省了运行成本。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of upstream wet discharge tailings reservoir inflow tailings fine particle size,high concentration,not easy to separate,in order to realize safe stockpiling of tailings,ore drawing is carried out by grading and partitioning,after grading the coarse and fine tailings,the coarse and fine tailings should be drawn in front of the dam first,and the fine and fine tailings should be discharged in the upstream reservoir.Through the implementation of the cyclone classification and subarea drawing damming test in Nanjing Meishan Shanjing tailings pond,the reservoir tailings were classified under the pressure of 01 MPa by FX250 hydraulic cyclone,and the sediment mass concentration is diluted to less than 35% and discharged before the dam.The sampling test shows that +0.075 mm tailings account for about 90% in the range of 20 m in front of the dam,and the coarse particle content in the range of 40 m in front of the dam increases significantly.By constructing a pond ridge in the dam front area where the coarse tailings are deposited,the high safe zone can be formed when the coarse tailings are concentrated in the minimum dry beach length;the overflow is collected and piped to the upstream reservoir for discharge.The test results show that the upstream tailings classification and regional discharge process can solve the problems of insufficient flood control and low stability of high concentration tailings in front of the dam by hydraulic alluviation.The tailing stockpiling process has been successfully applied in Nanjing Meishan Shanjing tailing pond,which not only solves the potential safety hidden trouble existing in the early operation of tailing pond,but also saves the operation cost.
