摘要: 盖州煤业9101南工作面受15#煤层上行开采的影响,老顶超前采煤工作面断裂,导致采空区老顶断裂不及时、来压步距加大、大面积悬顶、直接顶垮落不充分,造成工作面内支架立柱行程变小、压架。为减少压架事故的发生,介绍了9101南工作面概况、压架过程、压架原因、压架处理方法、压架处理过程中的经验总结,为类似煤矿提供了很好的借鉴意义。

Abstract: As the influence of mining from up to down of No.15 coal seam in No.9101south fully mechanized face of Gaizhou Coal.Breaking of main roof ahead of workface has resulted in hysteresis breaking of goaf main roof,the increased weighting interval and hanging area,delayed caving of immediate roof.That has caused decreasing of power stroke of support column and support crushing.In order to reduce the occurrence of support crushing,This paper introduces general situation of No.9101south fully mechanized face,process of support crushing,reason of support crushing,measures of support crushing,experiences of support crushing,which has reference value under similar coal mines.
