复杂环境下超深采坑支护止水方案

摘要: 土岩结合、爆破施工和下伏采空区等各种复杂工况条件下的矿山岩土工程,其技术难度往往更大,是岩土工程领域研究的重点方向之一。为探讨复杂环境下超深采坑支护止水方案,依托三山岛金矿绿色矿山建设工程,开展了矿山超深采坑特殊支护止水技术研究。经过系统研究和科学计算,提出的吊脚咬合桩+高压旋喷锚索的复合支护止水方案实施后,支护结构无漏水发生,在频繁承受质点震动速度峰值超过8 cm/s工况条件下,桩体最大位移为17.5 mm,符合安全要求。吊脚咬合桩+高压旋喷锚索的复合支护止水方案的提出和实施,不仅丰富了矿山岩土工程设计理论和施工技术,同时也为国内类似工程提供了借鉴。

Abstract: The technical difficulty of mine geotechnical engineering under complex working conditions such as soilrock combination,blasting construction and underlying Goaf is often greater,which is one of the key research directions in the field of geotechnical engineering.Based on the Green Mine Construction Project of Sanshandao Gold Mine,the research on water stop technology of special support for super deep mining pit is carried out.After systematic research and scientific calculation,the composite supporting scheme of the footlifting occlusive pile+highpressure jetgrouted anchor cable is put forward,and no water leakage occurs in the supporting structure after the implementation,under the condition that the peak value of particle vibration velocity exceeds 8 cm/s frequently,the maximum displacement of pile body is 17.5 mm,which meets the safety requirement.The proposal and implementation of the compound supporting scheme of footlifting bitting pile+highpressure Rotary spray anchor cable not only enriches the design theory and construction technology of mine geotechnical engineering,but also provides reference for similar projects.
