摘要: 为提高三交河矿无轨胶轮车调度运行效率和安全可靠性,通过研究分析矿井辅助运输系统和采区布置,采用无线射频、网络通信等技术,研发了该矿胶轮车辅助运输调度指挥系统。实际应用表明:该系统车辆定位、信号灯闭锁、防追尾等功能设计,以及软件设计架构和关键系统设计合理,实现了车辆自动化调度,进一步提高了矿井运输安全管理水平。

Abstract: In order to improve the operation efficiency and safety reliability of trackless rubberwheel vehicle dispatching in sanjiaohe mine,By studying and analyzing the auxiliary transportation system and mining area layout of the mine,Using radio frequency,network communication and other technologies.The auxiliary transport dispatching command system of rubber wheel vehicle was developed.Practical application shows that: The system is designed for vehicle positioning,signal light blocking,antirearend and other functions,And the software design architecture and key system design is reasonable,Realized automatic vehicle scheduling,Further improve the mine transport safety management level.
