摘要/Abstract

摘要： 当前地下矿山多采用现场混装乳化炸药车将炸药上向装填进入炮孔，当炮孔内含水时，容易造成药柱快速整体坠落，由此产生炸药与起爆具摩擦导致的安全隐患、炸药浪费及现场脏乱等问题。为解决这些问题，研制出一种由楔形膨胀销和膨胀销套组合的防坠药堵孔器材，经过现场试验，使用这种具有炮孔内快速、高强度自锁效果的堵孔器材，有效阻止了含水炮孔内药柱的下坠现象，进而保障了上向炮孔的装药质量与爆破效果，降低了安全隐患和爆破成本，值得推广应用。

Abstract: At present,most of the underground mines use the field mixed emulsion explosive truck to load the explosive upward into the blast hole,when the blast hole contains water,it is easy to cause the rapid overall fall of the explosive column,resulting in many drawbacks and problems.Through a variety of onsite program tests,the selfdeveloped plugging equipment with quick and highstrength selflocking effect in the blasthole is used to effectively prevent the falling effect of the charge in the watery blasthole,thus ensuring the charging and blasting effect of the upward blasthole and reducing the blasting production cost,which is worth popularizing and applying.
