甘肃某稀土矿石选矿试验研究

摘要: 甘肃某稀土矿石REO含量为192%,主要稀土矿物羟硅钙铈石、直氟碳钙铈矿、氟碳钙铈矿的嵌布粒度较细,REO含量加权平均值为5488%,即稀土精矿的理论REO品位为5488%。为确定该矿石的开发利用工艺,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:强磁选和重选均不适合该矿石的预先抛尾;矿石采用粗磨—浮选—再磨—强磁选流程处理,可获得REO品位为2389%、回收率6470%的稀土精矿,稀土次精矿REO品位为532%、回收率1162%,稀土总回收率为7632%。该稀土精矿品位不高,后续需进一步开展提质降杂试验.

Abstract: The contents of REO are 1.92% in rare earth mine of GanSu province.The fineness of rare earth minerals calcium oxysilica,direct fluorocarbon calcium cerium ore,fluorocarbon calcium cerium ore is very fine in ore,the weighted average of REO is 54.88% in these minerals,which means the theoretical content of REO is only 54.88%.The experimental researches of minerals processing were carried out,which determine the flowsheet to development and utilization the ore.The results shown: high intensity magnetic separation and gravity concentration are not fit to throw away tailings in advance for the ore.The flowsheet of rough grindingflotationregrindinghigh intensity magnetic separation was use to process the ore.The grade and recovery of rare earth concentrate and rare earth secondary concentrate are 23.89%,64.70% and 532%,11.62% respectively,the total recovery of rare earth is 76.32%.Due to the grade of REO in concentrate,the tests should be needed to upgrading and reducing impurities in the future.
