大昌矿业上向分层采矿法工艺优化研究

摘要: 在矿山开采中,上向分层充填采矿法应用较为广泛,传统的上向分层充填采矿法每班作业人员进入采场进行凿岩落矿,采场顶板局部稳固性难以保证,大块率较高,需要进行二次破碎,工作效率低,施工成本高。为克服上述问题,采用逐层挤压、光面爆破采矿方法,再进行采场顶板光面爆破。这种方法大块率少,爆破成本低,采场顶板较为平整,减少对围岩的扰动,保持围岩的稳定,作业人员在采场内施工较为安全。

Abstract: In mining,the upward stratified backfill mining method is widely used.In the traditional upward stratified backfill mining method,each shift operator enters the stope to drill rock to drop the mine.The local stability of the stope roof is difficult to guarantee,and the large block rate is high.It requires secondary crushing,low work efficiency and high construction cost.In order to overcome the abovementioned problems,the layerbylayer extrusion and smooth blasting mining methods are adopted,and the layerbylayer extrusion smooth blasting technology is used to perform extrusion blasting and then the surface roof smooth blasting.This method has a small block rate and low blasting cost;layerbylayer smooth blasting,the roof of the stope is relatively flat,reduces disturbance to the surrounding rock,maintains stability of the surrounding rock,and workers are safer in the stope.
