某铅锌矿复杂矿井分区接力通风系统优化设计

Optimization Design of Relay Ventilation System for a Complex Mine in a Leadzinc Mine

摘要: 某铅锌矿经多年开采开拓系统达19个中段,深部最低中段距地表近1 000 m,巷道长度约5 km,通风环境复杂,系统存在风量不足,污风串联,深部工作面温度急增等问题。为优化该矿分区接力通风系统,通过对该矿山通风系统现状调查与测定,分析其通风系统存在的问题及影响因素,提出南北分区接力通风系统优化方案,并采用Ventsim三维通风仿真系统模拟通风系统设计参数的通风效果,结果表明:系统进风量、回风量以及各巷道的风速等均能满足相关规程和规范的要求,各风机运行效率较高、工况点合理。

Abstract: A leadzinc mine has developed 19 middle sections after years of mining and development.The lowest middle section is nearly 1 000 m above the ground,the length of the roadway is about 5 km,the ventilation environment is complicated,the system has insufficient air flow,the polluted wind is connected in series,and the temperature at the deep working surface increases rapidly problem.In order to optimize the relay ventilation system of the mine,through the investigation and measurement of the current status of the mine ventilation system,the problems and influencing factors of the ventilation system were analyzed,and the optimization scheme of the relay ventilation system for the north and south partitions was proposed.The ventilation effect of the design parameters,the results show that: the system's air intake,return air volume and the wind speed of each roadway can meet the requirements of relevant regulations and specifications,each fan has a higher operating efficiency and a reasonable operating point.
