某矿似层状顶板支护技术研究

摘要: 为了确定某矿似层状顶板的支护方式,首先通过了解该矿顶板围岩的工程地质、围岩的基本特征,分析该矿似层状顶板的冒落机理,得出了似层状顶板的一般破坏模式。再将该矿的矿岩稳定性与工程实际相结合,计算合理的采场结构参数,并利用控制爆破技术,最大限度保护似层状顶板的完整性。最后通过几种不同支护方式的分析比较,结合似层状顶板在工程中的特征,确定了该矿似层状顶板的支护方式为长锚索支护。长锚索支护方式可以改变似层状顶板支护安全性结构,提高该类型顶板支护结构的整体性和承载能力。目前,这种支护方法已经在该矿逐步推广应用,同时针对目前顶板管理的现状,总结了矿山顶板管理存在的问题,制定了合理有效的顶板管理制度,提高了采矿作业的安全性。

Abstract: In order to determine the supporting mode of a minelike layered roof,firstly,by understanding the engineering geology of the surrounding rock of a mine roof and the basic characteristics of the surrounding rock,the mechanism of the layered roof of the mine is analyzed,and a layered roof is obtained.The general destruction mode.Then the ore stability of the mine is combined with the engineering practice,and reasonable structural parameters of the stope are proposed.The controlled blasting technology is used to maximize the integrity of the layered roof.Finally,through the analysis and comparison of several different support methods,combined with the characteristics of the layered roof in the project,it is determined that the support of the layered roof is long anchor cable support.The support method can change the safety structure of the layered roof support and improve the integrity and carrying capacity of the roof support structure of the type.At present,this kind of support method has been gradually promoted and applied in the mine.At the same time,in view of the current status of roof management,the problems of mine roof management are summarized,and a reasonable and effective roof management system is formulated to improve the safety of mining operations.
