摘要: 为得到综采顶板高位钻孔的合理层位,以某矿2601工作面为工程背景,采用数值计算软件UDEC对放顶煤开采进行了模拟,得到了顶板岩层移动过程中的膨胀变形演化规律,依据上述规律最终确定了顶板高位钻孔布置于2601工作面顶板上方17~22 m范围。现场验证表明,该层位抽采瓦斯浓度较高,且流量稳定。

Abstract: In order to get the reasonable position of the high hole in the top plate of the composite mining roof,using the 2601 working face of a certain mine as the engineering background,the numerical calculation software UDEC was used to simulate the mining of the top coal,and the expansion and deformation evolution laws during the movement of the top plate rock formation were obtained.Based on the above laws,it is determined that the top plate high drilling arrangement is located in the range of 17~22 m above the top plate of the 2601 working face.The field verification shows that the gas extraction concentration is high and the flow is stable.
