梅山铁矿东南风井管道输送新型胶凝材料混凝土技术

摘要: 由于梅山矿业公司的地面东南井至井下-303 m水平有接近350 m的垂直落差,如此高落差的输送成品混凝土,极易造成混凝土发生离析问题,直接影响成品混凝土的抗压强度、坍落度和喷浆支护的回弹率等指标,造成管道输送的混凝土达不到井下采矿生产的安全要求。为了进一步为了更好地提高巷道支护的安全强度,梅山铁矿引入了新型胶凝材料水渣微粉,在喷浆支护中水渣微粉替代部分水泥,以求改进混凝土的技术指标,通过探索优化东南井的管道材质、管道的安装方案、管道的布置形式、管道的直径、一次下料量控制等技术要求,以求解决先期解决混凝土的离析问题,确定东南井管道的管道材质、管道的安装方案、管道的布置形式、管道的直径、一次下料量的详细参数,再探索优化新型胶凝材料的配比技术参数,使管道输送新型胶凝材料混凝土的抗压强度、坍落度和喷浆支护的回弹率指标达到设计要求,管道输送的混凝土达到井下采矿生产作业的安全要求。

Abstract: As Meishan Mining Company has a vertical drop of approximately 350 m from the southeast well to the underground of -303 m,such a high drop conveys the finished concrete,which easily causes the problem of segregation of the concrete,which directly affects the compressive strength and slump of the finished concrete.And the rebound rate of shotcrete support,etc.,causing the pipeline to meet the safety requirements of underground mining production.In order to further improve the safety strength of roadway support,Meishan Iron Mine introduced a new type of cementitious material,water slag micropowder,and used water slag micropowder to replace part of the cement in shotcrete support in order to improve the technical indicators of concrete.Optimize the technical requirements for the material of the southeast well,the installation plan of the pipeline,the layout of the pipeline,the diameter of the pipeline,and the control of the first discharge,etc.,in order to solve the problem of segregating the concrete in advance,and determine the material of the pipeline and the The detailed parameters of the installation plan,the layout of the pipeline,the diameter of the pipeline,and the amount of material to be discharged at one time,and then to explore and optimize the technical parameters of the proportion of the new cementitious material,so that the pipeline can transport the compressive strength,slump and The rebound rate index of shotcrete support meets the design requirements,and the concrete transported by the pipeline meets the safety requirements of underground mining production operations.
