五龙沟金矿矿井通风系统优化研究

摘要: 五龙沟金矿是一个生产多年的老矿山,由于矿山已生产多年,通风系统较为复杂,井下柴油设备较多,现生产中段及分段通风不流畅,且存在窜风、跑风等现象,亟需通风系统的优化,改善矿井通风效果,保证矿山安全生产。提出了将矿山通风系统划分为3 320~3 270 m通风系统、3 270~3 220 m通风系统及3 220 m以下通风系统。利用Ventsim软件,对新方案的通风过程进行了风流调节及可视化的动态模拟。实践证明,优化的通风方案极大地改善了矿井的通风条件,提高了矿井通风效率。

Abstract: Wulonggou Gold Mine is an old mine with many years of production.Due to many years of production in the mine,the ventilation system is relatively complex,and there are many underground diesel equipment.The ventilation in the middle and section of the current production is not smooth,and there are phenomena such as channeling and running wind.The mine ventilation system is divided into 3 320~3 270 m ventilation system,3 270~3 220 m ventilation system and 3 220 m ventilation system.Ventsim software was used to simulate the ventilation process of the new scheme.Practice has proved that the optimized ventilation scheme greatly improves the mine ventilation conditions and the mine ventilation efficiency.
