综采工作面采空区氧化“三带”观测与分析

摘要: 综采工作面采用一次采全高的开采方法,在回采过程中易发生采空区遗煤自然发火的现象。为了更好的掌握工作面采空区遗煤自然发火的特性,确保工作面安全回采,通过采空区布点测点的方法,对其采空区气体成分进行测定分析,得出了综采工作面气样参数,进而确定采空区氧化“三带”的范围,这种现场观测方法简单、比较容易实现,可以较准确划分开采过程中采空区的氧化“三带”,为预防采空区遗煤氧化问题提供理论上的依据。

Abstract: The fully mechanized mining face adopts the mining method of full height at one time,and there exists the problem of oxidation and ignition of waste coal in goaf during the mining process.Traces of in order to fully understand the working face goaf ignition characteristics of coal oxidation,ensure the stope safety,by the method of measuring point goaf putting on the determination of the goaf gas composition analysis,concluded that the gas sample parameters of fully mechanized working face,and,in turn,determine the scope of the oxidation "three zones" of minedout area,the insitu observation method is simple and easy to implement,can be accurately classified mining goaf spontaneous combustion in the process of three zones,in order to prevent goaf coal oxidation problem to provide the theoretical basis.
