摘要: 司家营北区分公司所使用的WK20型电铲由于作业环境恶劣、设备供电稳定性差、运转震动大,造成设备原设计气路压力控制器故障频发,严重制约设备生产的正常进行。为降低设备故障率、减少备件成本投入,在分析电铲气路压力控制系统工作原理的基础上,对气路控制系统硬件和供电方式进行部分技术改进。改进方案实践结果表明,气路控制系统的改进明显降低了设备故障率,减少了维修时间,提高了设备可开动率,达到了节约成本、提高设备作业效率的目的。

Abstract: The WK20 type electric shovel used by sijiaying North District Branch company frequently suffers from failures of the original design pneumatic pressure controller because of the bad working environment,the poor stability of power supply of the equipment and the large vibration in operation The normal operation of equipment production is seriously restricted.In order to reduce the equipment failure rate and spare parts cost,the hardware and power supply mode of gas path pressure control system were improved based on the analysis of working principle of gas path pressure control system.The result of practice shows that the improvement of gas path control system can obviously reduce the equipment failure rate,reduce the maintenance time,increase the equipment operating rate,and save the cost and improve the equipment operating efficiency.
