掘进机转向施工的数学建模及推广应用

摘要: 目前煤矿井下采用综掘工艺施工巷道期间普遍存在掘进机转向施工进度慢,安全管理难度大,过于依赖掘进机司机的操作经验而没有可靠的计算方法的问题。为掘进机转向施工提供可靠的数值计算方法并安全高效地完成掘进机的转向施工,采用简化掘进机转向施工的运行轨迹,并结合数学建模的方法进行研究。通过数学运算,求出了掘进机转向施工期间扩帮作业的最小范围和长度计算公式。该计算公式对掘进机转向施工具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: At present,during the use of the comprehensive excavation technology in the construction of a coal mine,the problem of the slow progress of the construction of the roadheader,the difficulty of safety management,and the excessive dependence on the operation experience of the driver of the roadheader without a reliable calculation method are common.Provide reliable numerical calculation method for the steering construction of the roadheader and complete the steering construction of the roadheader safely and efficiently.The research uses simplified trajectory of the roadheader's steering construction,combined with mathematical modeling methods.Through the mathematical operation,the minimum range and length calculation formula for the expansion work during the turning construction of the roadheader was obtained.The calculation formula has important guiding significance for the steering construction of the roadheader.
