摘要: 阿坝矿业的高纯铁精粉硅铝含量较高,影响了产品的售价。为了降低铁精粉的硅铝含量进行了提质降硅铝工艺研究。结果表明,试样再磨至0.063~0 mm后经弱磁选、谐波磁选、磁选柱磁选、1粗1精反浮选,最终可获得Fe、SiO2、Al2O3含量分别为72.38%、0.099%、0.131%的高纯铁精矿,以及Fe、SiO2、Al2O3含量分别为71.58%、0.375%、0.220%的二级铁精矿。

Abstract: Aba Mining highpurity iron powder has high content of silicon and aluminum,they affect the value of the product.In order to reduce the content of silicon and aluminum in iron concentrate,the technology of improving quality and reducing silicon and aluminum was studied.The results show that,after grinding to 0.063~0 mm,the sample is subject to low intensity magnetic separation,harmonic magnetic separation,magnetic separation column magnetic separation,one roughing and one cleaning reverse flotation,high purity iron concentrate with Fe,SiO2 and Al2O3 contents of 72.38%,0.099% and 0.131% respectively can be obtained,and the secondary iron concentrate with Fe,SiO2 and Al2O3 contents of 71.58%,0375% and 0.220%,respectively.
