二里河铅锌矿深部探矿工程局部通风设计与实践

摘要: 随着二里河铅锌矿深部探矿工程工作面下移,通风阻力增加,局部通风效果成为制约探矿工程进度的瓶颈。探矿工程分为主斜井掘进和中段掘进2个阶段,因独头掘进距离较长,两阶段均选用了压抽混合式局部通风,选取独头距离最长、风阻最大的井巷参数进行设备选型。根据工程实践测定,斜井掘进期间,最深处1 000 m中段掌子面风速为0.27 m/s,1 050与1 000 m中段平行掘进期间,1 000 m中段最长独头巷掌子面风速为0.31 m/s,满足《金属非金属矿山安全规程》的相关要求,深部探矿工程提前5个月竣工,同时,总结了二里河铅锌矿深部局部通风系统在设计、运行等环节存在的问题与改进建议,对深井矿山解决局部通风问题有借鉴与参考价值。

Abstract: With the working face of deep prospecting engineering of Erlihe Leadzinc Mine moving downward,the ventilation resistance is increased correspondingly.The local ventilation effects have become the bottleneck restricting the progress of prospecting engineering.The prospecting engineering can be divided into two stages of main inclined shaft excavation and middle section excavation.The pressurepumping mixed local ventilation is adopted in both stages because of the long distance of single heading.According to the engineering design,the parameters of the longest single heading distance and the largest wind resistance are selected for equipment selection.According to the measurement of engineering practice,during the period of inclined shaft excavation,the wind speed on the face of the middle part of the deepest of 1 000 m middle section is 0.27 m/s,and during the parallel excavation of 1 050 and 1 000 m middle section,the wind speed on the face of the longest single heading roadway in the middle part of 1 000 m middle section is 0.31 m/s,which meets the relevant requirements of "Safety Regulations for Metal and Nonmetallic Mines",so that the deep prospecting project can be completed five months ahead of schedule.In addition,the problems existing in the design and operation of the deep local ventilation system in Erlihe Leadzinc Mine are summarized and some related improvement suggestions are discussed,which can be used for the reference in solving the local ventilation problems in underground mines.
