安徽姑山露天采场开采挂帮矿三步骤回采方案设计

摘要: 根据姑山露天采场挂帮矿开采技术条件及现场实际,提出了适用于该矿三步骤回采的技术方案。通过参考类似矿山经验,设计了2组可行的开采技术方案,并采用数值模拟方法分析了其安全性。通过2种方案的模拟分析比较,选用了合理的回采方案,安全回收了采场东北部的1#和2#穿脉联巷的矿体,回收率达到了60%,贫化率达到了8%,取得了预期效果。 

Abstract: According to the mining technical conditions and actual situations of the hanging wall ore of Gushan Open-pit Stope,three-step stoping technical scheme is proposed.By referring to the experiences of the similar mines,the two feasible mining technical schemes are designed,and the safety of them are analyzed by adopting numerical simulation method.Through comparison of the two mining schemes,the optimal one is selected,the orebodies in 1# and 2# ore vein roadway in the northeast of the stope are recovered effectively and safety,the ore recovery rate is 60%,ore dilution rate is 8%,the desired effects is obtained.
