基于Surpac的西北某金属矿山地质数据库构建与应用

摘要: 以西北某金属矿山为例,采用Surpac软件构建了地质数据库并进行了工程应用。通过构建矿山地质数据库,对原有36 000多条地质数据进行了有效整理和归集;通过进行钻孔三维建模,发现并查找出了原数据记录中的数百条错误,经过数据类比分析,对其中的错误数据进行了修正。根据构建的矿山地质数据库,对10 572个样品段进行了统计分析,精确标示出原矿中TFe品位的平均值接近30.5%及其他品位的分布特征。研究表明:通过构建该矿地质数据库,可对采矿工程、地质工程、储量估算、矿石品位动态管理等提供技术支持。

Abstract: Taking a metal mine in Northwest China as an example,the geological database is established and applied based on Surpac software.Through the establishment of mine geological database,about 36 000 geological datas of the mine are collated and collected effectively;through three-dimensional drilling modeling,hundreds of errors are found from the original datas,the error datas is corrected by data analogy.Based on the mine geological database established in this paper,statistical analysis of 10 572 sample segments are carried out.According to the analysis results,the average value of TFe grade in the original ore is close to 30.5%,besides that,the distribution characteristics of the other elements are described.The study results indicated that technical support of mining engineering,geological engineering,reserve estimation and ore grade dynamic management of the mine can be provided by establishing mine geological database.
