靠帮边坡预裂爆破试验

摘要: 根据白云鄂博铁矿露天采场实际开采状况,结合目前测震有效数据,在地形地质条件基本相同的情况下,仅对线装药密度、孔径、孔间距这3个参数对预裂爆破的影响进行研究,找出了这些参数分别对预裂爆破的影响以及它们彼此之间的相互关系。实践证明,边坡预裂爆破应尽可能采用小孔径、小孔距,尽可能地采用与设计边坡坡率相同的斜孔,并注意控制好钻孔质量。

Abstract: According to the actual mining conditions of the Bayan Obo open stope,combining of the currently ride valid data, the line density, aperture, hole pitch are used to do some research on the influence on splitting blasting under the same topography and geological conditions. The relationship between these parameters and the influence on splitting blasting respectively is analyzed.The experiment show that, in order to obtain the better effect of the slope splitting blasting, the smaller aperture, hole spacing should be used, and the inclined hole same as the design side slope rate should be adopted as much as possible.At the same time, the control of drilling quality must be pay more attention.
