甘肃某含金多金属硫化矿金铅回收试验

摘要: 对甘肃某含金多金属硫化矿石进行了浮选工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,采用1粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程优先选铅,1粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程选金,最终获得了铅品位为40.86%、铅回收率为93.13%、含金35.51 g/t、金回收率为36.74%的铅精矿,和金品位为8.94 g/t、金作业回收率为93.48%的金精矿,金的总回收率为95.88%。

关键词: 含金多金属硫化矿, 优先浮铅, 再磨再选

Abstract: Study of technical condition of flotation technology was done on a gold-bearing polymetallic sulphide ore in Gansu Province, the test results indicated, prior lead and gold beneficiation by adopted once roughing twice regrade three times scavenging and middling ore sequence return process, lead concentrate with grade and recovery rate of lead was 40.86% and 93.13% , gold-bearing 35.51 g/t and recovery rate of gold 36.74% was obtained finally, and gold concentrate with grade and operation recovery rate of gold 8.94 g/t and 93.48% was obtained too, general recovery rate of gold was 95.88%.
