上向水平进路充填法在铜绿山矿的应用

摘要: 铜绿山矿运用VCR嗣后充填采矿法深孔爆破后,对相邻采场的矿岩破坏极大,出现部分矿段矿岩冒落,矿石损失率较大,采场安全性较差等问题。基于确保采场作业安全,控制地压稳定,以及提高矿石回收率等方面考虑,提出Ⅰ#矿体采用上向水平进路充填采矿法。结果表明:该采矿法可以很好地保护露天南坑水仓,安全、高效的回采矿体。

Abstract: After deep hole blasting by VCR afterwards filling mining method at Tonglushan mine,damage to ore rock of neighboring stope was big,problems appeared like ore rock caving at some ore section,ore loss rate was high and stope safety was poor. Considering of assure of safe operation at stope,control stability of ground pressure and improve the recovery rate of ore,upward level approach filling method adopted in I orebody was proposed. The result indicated,this method could protect open pit Nankeng sump well,stoping orebody safely and efficiently.
