摘要: 针对氧化率高达93%的云南某氧化铜矿,通过分段添加硫化钠,分时进行硫化浮选,控制硫化钠用量和硫化浮选时间,进行了一系列试验室浮选试验,获得了铜精矿中铜的综合品位为14.52%,铜的总回收率为72.29%的铜精矿;银的综合品位为366.7 g/t,银的总回收率为48.07%银精矿,取得了较好的选矿技术指标,为开发类似铜矿提供了技术依据。

Abstract: According to the oxided copper ore with above 93% oxidizing tatio in Yunnan province, through a variety of measures, such as sulphidization by multi-stage addition of sodium sulfide, sulphidizing flotation of time division, controlling sodium sulfide dosages, and the time of sulphidizing flotation, carried on a serial flotation test in laboratory. The comprehensive grade of copper reaches to 14.52% through the experiment, the recovery rate reaches to 72.29% in Copper concentrate; the comprehensive grade of silver reaches to 366.7 g/t, the recovery rate reaches to 48.07% in silver concentrate, get a good beneficiation technical indicators, and provid the reasonable Science references for similar mines in dealing with copper ores.
