Abstract: In order to improve the transfer efficiency of coarse concentrate and reduce the influence of transfer on the subsequent grinding and separation process of the concentrator，aiming at the problems of cumbersome existing disposal process of coarse concentrate，low efficiency of ore truck transportation，large energy consumption and high cost，the process design and equipment selection of coarse concentrate re-con⁃ centration are carried out in the building materials production line of Shuichang Iron Mine.In this design， the old MQY2736 overflow ball mill is used to carry out open-circuit grinding of crude concentrate，and then the QGLB 300/3.0 water diaphragm pump is used to transport the pulp to the old plant for grinding and separation. The disposal efficiency of crude concentrate is significantly improved，the operation cost is effec⁃ tively reduced，and the comprehensive economic benefits of the building materials production line of Shu⁃ ichang Iron Mineand the concentrator are improved.
