Abstract: The grade of TiO2 in the pre-enriched concentrate of a vanadium-titanium magnetite in Si‐ chuan was 12.142%. Aiming at the problem of recovery and utilization of titanium resources in pre-concen‐ trated concentrate，the reagent system was optimized by desulfurization-roughing flotation test. It was deter‐ mined that sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide were used as pH regulators，lead nitrate + benzohydroxamic acid was used as combined collector，and sodium silicate was used as inhibitor. On the basis of condition test，the titanium concentrate product with TiO2 grade of 46.38% and flotation recovery of 64.63% was ob‐ tained by closed-circuit process of desulfurization one roughing，four cleaning and one scavenging titanium flotation. The TiO2 grade of flotation tailings was 4.86%. The comprehensive recycling of titanium resources is realized.
