In order to solve the problem of a sharp increase of the content of magnetic iron in the raw ore,in view of the problem that the existing process flow has been difficult to adapt to the new ore properties⁃ in a magnetic hematite mixed iron ore concentrator of Liaoning Province,the magnetic and hematite separa⁃ tion new process separation effect was studied.The results show that the iron concentrate with total iron grade of 67.41% can be obtained by using the new magnetic and hematite separation process of grinding-stage magnetic separation-magnetic hematite separation-hematite reverse flotation.The new process of magnetic and hematite separation can realize the effective separation of iron minerals and gangue minerals,and ob⁃ tain the ideal test index.
