Abstract:

Machang area is a typical area of Lujiang-Chuzhou metallogenic belt，with dozens of an⁃

cient mining pits on the surface and great prospecting potential. Dongsunjia copper mine is a developing

mine in this area，the study of its metallogenic model provides guidance for the metallogenic model in Mach⁃

ang area. By studying the geological characteristics of Machang area，the exploration results of Dongsunjia

copper mine are analyzed and summarized，and a new metallogenic model of Dongsunjia copper mine is put

forward. The results show that the main metallogenic models of Dongsunjia copper deposit are strata-con⁃

trolled skarn type and multigenetic U-type，which is of guiding significance to the search for copper and

gold deposits in Machang area and even Chuzhou-Huashan-Huanglishu-Machang metallogenic belt.
