The stability of open-pit mine slope is very important to the safety production of stope.In or⁃ der to explore the safety hazards in the process of slope construction,the high and steep slope of Yanshan Iron Mine was taken as the research object. Considering the blasting vibration and seismic load,the stability of typical section was calculated by using Slide two-dimensional slope numerical simulation software.The re⁃ sults show that under normal working conditions,blasting vibration and earthquake,the overall safety factor of the slope meets the requirements and is in a stable state as a whole.However,under the action of blasting vibration and earthquake,there is a local safety factor of the slope between the critical value,and there may be a local landslide risk.In order to ensure the safety of stope production,the corresponding preventive mea⁃ sures of slope management are put forward,which can provide some reference for relevant practical work.
