In order to reduce the influence of blasting vibration on the surrounding environment of an open-pit iron mine,a field test was carried out to compare and analyze the blasting vibration law of 110 mm and 170 mm finished emulsion explosives uncoupled charge structure, and the matching scheme of blast hole diameter and finished emulsion explosives was optimized. The results show that the air-uncoupled charge structure can adjust the energy of the explosion shock wave action zone within a certain range of ac⁃ tion, weaken the peak stress of the shock wave, and then reduce the peak stress and influence time of the seismic wave action zone. With the increase of the distance from the explosion center, the vibration velocity of each measuring point shows a trend of significant attenuation of vibration velocity in the near area and slow attenuation in the far area. The blasting vibration velocity under the uncoupled charging scheme of 110 mm finished emulsion explosive is lower, with an average decrease of 25.86%.
